While we strive to provide the highest quality competition swimwear, we know that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed with the same precision as our compression swimwear technology – clear, supportive, and performance-focused.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, women’s compression swimwear, open water swimsuits, and triathlon suits cannot be returned unless defective. These high-performance items require special consideration to maintain competition standards.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package to our return address (provided in approval email)
- Track your return – we’ll notify you once we receive and process your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). The process is the same as returns – simply indicate you’d like an exchange when contacting us. If the new item has a different price, we’ll process the difference accordingly.
Defective or Incorrect Items
